Under the terms of the agreement, Diamond Multimedia will bundle Resort Records music with their popular Rio PMP300 portable music player. The product will include a multimedia presentation on CD-ROM, with links to the Resort Records web site where fans may preview, purchase and download additional songs. The two companies will also jointly promote Resort Records music and Diamond Multimedia's Rio PMP300 through mutual website link exchanges and other marketing activities.
