Resort Records respects your privacy and promises to use the information you provide only to process orders and enhance your shopping experience. We neither store sensitive information nor share your personal data with third parties.
What Information Do We Collect? How Is It Used?
- Customer Orders
Customer name, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date are collected. If products will be shipped, a mailing address is also collected. The information is used to fulfill orders and to deliver order status. Credit card numbers are not stored.
- Information Subscription Services
The subscriber's e-mail address is collected. Resort Records will deliver occasional news and special offers relevant to the musical artist, genre or other subject requested.
- Contest Awards and Special Offers
The awardee's e-mail address is collected. Resort Records will deliver an electronic coupon, or "eCoupon" with instructions for redemption.
- Musical Greeting Cards
The greeting card recipient's e-mail address is collected. If a reply is desired, the sender's e-mail address is also collected. The sender's message and e-mail address (if provided) are delivered to the recipient. The collected information is stored for repeated retrieval.
- Affiliate Program
Members provide their name, e-mail address, and mailing address. The information is used to deliver commissions and program information.
Information Security
Resort Records employs VeriSign SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and CyberCash services to process customer orders securely. We do not store credit card information in any form.

"Cookies" are small bits of information stored by a web site on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information and are routinely purged from your computer after each visit to our web site.
